    This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds apply to OnClick Healthcare (OnClick Innovation Services) service fees.

    Service Fees vs. Third-Party Fees

    Government, DataFlow and exam-vendor fees are paid directly to those bodies and are non-refundable once submitted, as they are outside our control. This policy applies only to OnClick Healthcare's own service fees.

    When Refunds Apply

    If we have not yet begun substantive work on your file, you may request a refund of your service fee, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf. Once document preparation or authority submission has started, fees for completed stages are non-refundable.

    How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, email onclickinnovationservices@gmail.com with your name and application reference. We aim to review all requests within 7 business days.
