Saudi DataFlow Fees for Nurses (SCFHS)

For SCFHS, DataFlow separates new licences from renewals. A nurse applying for a new Saudi nurse licence falls into the package for "Nurse, Pharmacist, Dental Assistant, Allied Health or Technician" at SAR 500, which covers one educational qualification, one professional licence and the CrossCheck database. At renewal the same category is SAR 350, covering verification of one document as per your classification plus CrossCheck. A fresh graduate package is SAR 600 and covers any one educational qualification plus CrossCheck. Each further document is SAR 300, charged as an add-on to an existing package. DataFlow states an average of 25 working days. DataFlow is only one part of the Saudi nurse licence: SCFHS registration and classification run through Mumaris+, and nurses also sit the Saudi Nursing Licensing Exam (SNLE). For the full route, see our Saudi Arabia (SCFHS) licensing guide.

Qatar DataFlow Fees for Nurses (DHP)

DHP Qatar does not split new and renewal applications in the same way; it prices by professional category. Most registered nurses fall into Package E, "Nurses and Pharmacists", at QAR 990, which covers one educational qualification, one professional licence, the last three years of experience with up to three employers, and Cross Check. Advanced practice roles — Clinical Nurse Specialist, Nurse Practitioner or Nurse Educator — fall into Package G at QAR 1,210, which covers up to two educational qualifications, one professional licence and the last five years of experience with up to three employers. A trainee with no experience is Package F at QAR 600. DataFlow states an average of 20 working days. For the rest of the route, see our Qatar (DHP) licensing guide.

Why the Same Nurse Pays Different Amounts

A DataFlow application is submitted through the regulator you are applying to, and each regulator has its own package schedule in its own currency. A nurse's new SCFHS licence and a nurse's DHP Package E are different products at different prices, so a figure quoted for one tells you little about the other — and converting one into the other's currency adds an exchange rate nobody published. The fee is paid to the DataFlow Group, not to SCFHS or DHP, and it is separate from the authority's own application and exam fees. To price your own file, use the DataFlow cost calculator.

What Pushes a Nurse's DataFlow Fee Up

The package price assumes a standard file. These are the items that most often add to it for nurses.

    • A second qualification — a diploma plus a BSc, for example — beyond what the package covers
    • More than three employers in Qatar, which adds employment screening
    • Choosing express processing
    • Moving a report: re-issuing a DHP report costs QAR 215, or QAR 323 if it was issued to another authority; transferring a report to SCFHS costs SAR 200

Nursing in the UAE, Oman, Bahrain or Kuwait?

DataFlow publishes official Customer Reference Kits for DHP Qatar and SCFHS Saudi Arabia. For the UAE, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait we have not found a comparable published kit, so we do not estimate a nurse's fee for those authorities — confirm it with DataFlow when you apply. For nurse licensing across every Gulf regulator, see our nurse licensing guide.

No. The DataFlow fee is paid to the DataFlow Group and covers verification only. SCFHS registration and classification through Mumaris+, and the Saudi Nursing Licensing Exam (SNLE), are separate steps with their own fees.
