How DataFlow pricing actually works
DataFlow does not charge a single flat fee, and it does not price by document count either. Its published Customer Reference Kits set out a package for each professional category and application type, and the fee follows the package you fall into. A physician and a nurse applying to the same authority buy different packages; the same nurse buys a different package in Qatar than in Saudi Arabia, priced in that authority's own currency. Additional documents beyond what a package covers are then charged on the authority's own schedule. The calculator above reads directly from those official kits, so what it shows for Qatar and Saudi Arabia is the published figure rather than an estimate of ours.
- Your package is set by professional category and application type, not by a document count
- Documents beyond what your package covers are charged on the authority's own schedule
- Priority or express handling, where offered, is charged separately and is not in the total
- Fees are paid to the DataFlow Group, not to the health authority
